In art this half term we will be thinking about self-portraits and taking a look at Picasso as a stimulus for some creative portraits.  In RE we will be looking at Humanism as a way of life for a study and for Science we will be looking at where our food comes from and round up of all our learning this year in plants, animals and materials. 

In geography we will be completing the second part of our work on maps and field skills.  We will put this to good use on our trip to Yorkshire Wildlife Park in July..

We will be using story books (Katie Morag by K. Hedderwick) as a stimulus to take a closer look at human and physical features  in the UK:
